Too bad. The Colts' offense has been subpar this year, but the really bad number is their TO margin: -9, tied for last.

Bad for Pep, but it may be good for Andrew.

It might be...but this is a problem that goes straight to the top, as they say.

It's an interesting action to take. From what I hear, Pep was forced on Pagano by Grigson/Irsay. Pegano was never happy to have not had his own choice of OC. If there is a power struggle at the Colts right now, the fact that they fired Pep seems like it's splitting the baby (okay, bad analogy). The fact that neither Grigson nor Pegano have been fired is odd.

Pep knows best how to make Andrew tick. Luck is not going to like being divorced from an OC who knows him and probably gives him wide latitude in what/how to run the offense.
Hope Pep can land a HC job somewhere nice in the college ranks. Luck needs to get out of Indy.

Did Hanliron draft or trade for all those poor linemen? Nope.

This made me laugh far more than it should've. No idea why.
Anyway, Hamilton may not have done that, but he has to work with what he has, and continuing to run slow-developing plays with that poor OL was stupid. Then again, maybe they tried to do other things in practice and just sucked at it. Who knows? But from what I've been hearing Pagano didn't like Hamilton so now his guy (Chudzinski) is in and Hamilton is out.

That's too bad but Irsay & Grigson have to find someone to be the scapegoat for their drafting & trading the last three years that hasn't produced a single quality offensive lineman to protect their franchise QB. But Irsay's not gonna fire himself, and it doesn't look like he's going to fire Grigson either.

Worth noting that Luck's protection has improved since they reshuffled the line, and several times on the Monday Night broadcast the announcers were noting that Carolina needed to blitz in order to have a chance at getting to Luck.
The last fre games, the offensive line has not been the problem.

If Bloomgren decides he really wants to be a head coach, what are the odds Pep comes back to Stanford?

I know Luck was out for a few games because of a shoulder problem and I haven't watched much this year. However, Andrew didn't look right on Monday night--his passes didn't seem to have the same zip as I've seen in the past. Maybe just imagining, but on a couple of the picks (yes, poor decisions still), it appeared that if the ball had arrived with a little less time in the air, they would have be completed.
And the O-line is still an issue, as is the lack of an explosive running game. 24th in rushing and only the Texans and Niners have shorter "longest" runs. Andrew still picks himself up after too many passes, too.

In the first half the OL was terrible. I know terrible I watch the 49ers. ð³
Luck has several fractured ribs and yet he plays and gets hit yet criticized? That's unfair

Not sure if the "unfair" was in response to my comment, but you made my point. Something apparently isn't right--he has cracked ribs. Explains a ton. Glad it's ribs, thought it may have been shoulder related.
