These are Stanford's team awards for this season:
Tommy Vardell Award -- junior or senior who epitomizes excellence in academics and athletics:Â Johnny Caspers
Team Technician Award -- positive atttitude and commitment to strength and conditioning:Â Kevin Anderson
Outstanding Freshman Award:Â Bryce Love
Deswarte-Eller Award -- outstanding sophomore:Â Christian McCaffrey
Gundelach Award -- outstanding junior:Â Austin Hooper
Outstanding Senior Award:Â Josh Garnett and Kyle Murphy
Frank Rehm Awards -- outstanding back and linemen in the Big Game:Â Christian McCaffrey, Aziz Shittu and Brennan Scarlett
Phil Moffat Awards -- top two special teams performers:Â Conrad Ukropina and Craig Jones
Greg Piers Awards -- outstanding scout team players:Â Pat McFadden (offense), Denzel Franklin (defense), Calvin Chandler (special teams)
Jim Reynolds Award-- senior whose courage and devotion to the game are an inspiration to all:Â Ronnie Harris
Jack Huston Award -- player exemplifying aggressiveness, exceptional performance, and unheralded efforts:Â Blake Martinez
Al Masters Award --player displaying highest degree of leadership and respect of his teammates:Â Kevin Hogan

Outstanding lineman in Big Game, key player in the the Pac-12 Championship, and going to the Rose Bowl. I'd say that young man made a good decision!
