It looks like it's a regular transfer and not a graduate transfer, so Knight would have to sit out a year, which would mean he'd possibly play for Oregon in 2017 (after the FCS guy plays for them next year).

IIRC Oklahoma fans were saying his play fell off a cliff this year. Didn't watch him so can't confirm, but it's been a pretty common refrain on reddit.
