That won't be good for the graduation rate!
Just kidding - definitely hoping he gets drafted :)

One thing I loved about Aziz is how much he interacted with the fans, especially the young fans. My seats are right near the tunnel, and of all of the players he definitely spent the most time handing out towels/gloves, signing stuff, talking pictures, etc. And he always did it with a great spirit, never like it was a chore but always as something he was happy to do. So best of luck to him in all future endeavors.

I must be dyslexic. I opened this thread expecting an article on our very own Jennifer Azzi.
Good luck with your NFL dreams Aziz!

That kind of thing sticks with a kid. I remember a younger version of myself being at a game and seeing Willie Howard give his gloves to a kid on his way off the field. It made an impact on me and I wasn't even the one he gave the gloves to.

For all of his public persona attributes that might suggest otherwise (at least to some), Richard Sherman was the same way at Stanford in his interactions with young fans. Couldn't have been nicer, from what I observed on a number of occasions.

I may have mentioned that I rode the light rail away from the '13 game vs. WSU in Seattle and met Shittu's parents and family on that train. They were wonderful to talk to and didn't even let on that they were Aziz's parents until a few minutes into the conversation. I can't imagine how proud they must be for Aziz.

She could use some good luck too. USF is 1-4 in conference so far this season.
