Nice article on DeCastro; I didn't know about the extracurriculars with Burfict.

Good stuff, I miss DeCastro.  Hope one of the current young guys on the roster can grab that mantle of Outland winning/deserving guard.  Love those pancakes!

Burfict is a spitter, among other things.  It's his trademark.  All class, that one.

I was on the Stairmaster the other day and they kept repeating that near-decapitation over and over on the TV in front of me.  That was one of the meanest things I ever saw (20 times) on a football field.

I can't wait for the next Steelers-Bengals game after Burfict comes back from his all-too-short suspension.  It won't only be DeCastro who goes after him.  I'd love to see Big Ben take a shot on a reverse (won't happen, but I can dream right?).

Burfict single-handedly cost ASU two victories over Stanford.  I saw one of them at ASU in either 2009 or 2010.

The guy should be sitting out all of next season.
