From who else?
USC offering Frosted Flakes to help Vitamin D levels in student-athletes
I find it nearly impossible to believe that athletes in SoCal have low vitamin D (doesn't it take like 15 minutes in the sun to get your RDV?), and also that
frosted flakes is the best way to get it to them, but apparently this is the world we live in.

I doubt Frosted Flakes is the preferred source of D, but no, apparently, we don't get enough D. I live in the desert. Lots of sunshine but was deficient in D. Why? Sunscreen. So, a cheap gel cap/day, all fine.
