I am only posting this because Garvin wrote it, not to try to stealthily insert politics back into the board.  The admins can lock it if they feel I have veered into verboten OT territory.

Sorry, BC, but I have to. I'm going to interpret "relates to Stanford sports" pretty narrowly due to the acrimony not doing so has caused. We may loosen things up over time, but never to the extent we did before.

Here are the poll results. I'll write a formal official post this evening Pacific Time.

Nevertheless, I'll leave your post up for the reason you mentioned. I'm happy that he found an outlet to write about his political beliefs.

I've also edited his name. I seriously doubt that he'd want to be confused with Gavin Newsom, the former mayor of San Francisco.
