Sounds like a Stanford Softball situation in the making in that parents and players are getting involved and it could turn really ugly.

At least Minnesota fans can take solace in the fact their Women's Volleyball team might win a national... oh, wait.

Well, I think the Holiday Bowl would be inviting the next best Big Ten team if Minn decided not to show up...

But if it were a Pac-12 team doing the same, I would take dark pleasure in the Holiday Bowl's failure to select Stanford.

The real problem is that the only B1G team not in a bowl is like 3-9.
