Field and pairings announced for the NCAA men's tennis tournament which begins May 12. Stanford is the 16 seed and will host 1st and 2nd round matches. Stanford faces Idaho in the 1st round. The winner plays the winner of Michigan-Valparaiso.

Nice job by coach Paul and the team! As usual, more than half (5 of 9) of Wake Forest's team is International, whereas all 10 of Stanford's players came from US high schools. The recruiting trend that started back in Coach Dick Gould's time continues.Â
