McCaffrey, Every Touch - Hank 91 - 08-10-2017

If you recorded last night's Carolina game like I did, with plans to scan through to see how McCaffrey did, but then realized you'd be watching an awful lot of Carolina that you weren't interested in, this clip is just for you -- every one of McCaffrey's carries.

What were his stats for the night? And how much of the game was he in for?

Thanks Hank.

I recorded it and skimmed it all.  But I watched it here again.  Could have saved me 30 minutes or so. 

Reaffirms that his worst run was 2 yards, no losses.  Good first showing.  Looks like the same McCaffrey, I expect great things.

7 carries for 33 yards (4.7 avg)

One nice 12 yard run, and not much else.  Basically, the game doesn't tell us much.  Nothing eye-popping, but no red flags.

I thought I saw a play where he did help in pass protection . . . am I wrong?

I have a feeling they aren't going to do anything fancy with him until week #1. It will be a lot of vanilla run stuff and maybe a basic screen or two.
