UW is still the class of the conference, though now that the competition level increases we'll see if that continues. USC's decline is notable, naturally we played them at the worst time (it seems we pull this off with them or Oregon every year). WSU is a lot lower than you'd expect given the hype they're getting. If Oregon can keep their spot after losing half their team, hat's off to them.
This week's game will tell us a lot about Stanford, by this measure Utah is the best team we've faced (yes I know USC is almost certainly the better team, competition levels still skew this a lot in some cases).
