This is wonderful news.  And richly deserved.  He probably deserved it even before he single handedly gave us a last chance to salvage the game.

He did deserve it before that, which is good because he did not single handedly give us a last chance, despite many commentaries to that effect.

Phillips blew up his man, and the collision between that guy and Nall caused the fumble.  So Phillips gets credit for both the forced fumble and the recovery.

That's not quite what happened.
Phillips blew up his man, and then took out the pulling TE. No contact at that point with Nall.
Kalambayi came in from the edge and knocked out the ball. Likely made possible by Harrison taking out the TE.
Phillips scrambled back from the side, and wrestled the ball away from everyone else.
