Great stat on Love from Sportscenter - North Woods - 11-11-2017
Washington had given up only 3 rushing TDs all year. Love matched that tonight.
Also apparently Shaw is verbally following our board's custom of not mentioning the H award. Quote from him: "I'm not going to mention any awards, but if he doesn't win them all then I don't know what's going on."

This reminds me of the famous exchange (possibly apocryphal) at a campaign rally for Adlai Stevenson when he was running for president against Eisenhower.
Voter: "Every thinking person will vote for you".
Stevenson: "But I need a majority".

Stevenson was one of the wittier politicians ever, but of course Eisenhower was actually a good president. So I've found the quote less funny than I should.

If Barkley wins any RB awards over love, I'll barf. Only 3 games over 100 yards rushing. Held to 2.5 ypc today.
I don't think Love has a real shot at the H-man, unless he goes crazy against ND on national TV in a win and Mayfield trips up. Even then, they'll find someone else. But he should win all the RB awards.
