The comments on the defense jibed with what Shaw said post-game.Â Platz asked him if Anderson had drawn up any adjustments in the second half to help us deal with the UW run better.Â Shaw answered that there were no specific adjustments, but that in the first half we were sometimes losing contain because the linebacker with responsibility for outside contain was sometimes peaking in and losing the outside, but in the second half, the team had more discipline and the guys responsible for outside contain forced the action inside, where it was swept up as it is supposed to.
