Re: Walk-on roundup:  Jordan Pratt - stanfan - 06-03-2011

I am really excited about Jordan Pratt joining the team  as a receiver.  Jordan was an amazing high school athlete in Oregon.  Now he is now a mature 26 year old, 6\'3", 215 pound man with good speed and quicks  WHO CAN JUMP STRAIGHT UP FROM UNDERNEATH THE BASKET AND DUNK BEHIND HIS HEAD.  Although he has been away from football for a long time, I look for Jordan to be a major factor in the next couple of years.

I am pumped up about Rollins Stallworth III - Redrum - 06-03-2011

A name like that must have gotten him hazed and beaten up every day he ventured out on the playground.  By now, the kid must be tough as nails.

Re: Walk-on roundup - fullmetal - 06-04-2011

Wait, with skills like that, can he also play for Johnny Dawkins?  (Would he want to?)

"Would he want to?"   OK wiseguy. - Redrum - 06-04-2011

So who should Stanford hire to be a basketball coach in place of Dawkins??

Ok,  you guys need time to think.   So, I\'ll go first.

Eric Reveno,  HC of Portland U.    No idea what his record is.  He\'s the only basketball name I remember besides Phil Jackson.

Rollins - JohnR34231 - 06-05-2011

Yeah, and at 6\'4" 175 he probably wasn\'t going to intimidate a lot of people with his appearance.

Dude needs to spend some serious time in the weight room.

Name reminds me of Chatsworth Osborne Junior of Dobie Gillis fame.

Boing-g-g! Thanks for that blast from the past. I loved that show. It was \'can\'t miss\' in the early 60s.
