Is this just a very unlucky set of circumstances? Or is there something structural about the Pac 12 that is making it less competitive in the money sports?

Just curious has any of the Power 5 +The Big East, ever not send a #2 seed to the NCAA. Especially a #2 seed that made the conference championship game?

Washington was the regular season conference champion in 2012(?)...and failed to get a bid to the Dance
