I am not sure why the author said that Costello doesn’t have a “strong arm”. He made a number of big time, 30 to 40 yard throws in the last few games. IIRC, I think I saw some statistics somewhere that he was one of the most accurate passers for long throws in thr PAC12. Am I missing something here?
