Here it is - enjoy:

The article really drives home how hard these guys have to work and how much discipline is required of them, year-round. I liked the yoga bit in the middle, too!
And yes, I know how detail-oriented people can be on this board - for the record, Jet Toner is not our punter as stated currently in the article!

Great article. Didn't even know that there is a separate facility for alumni to workout in - very cool.
Thanks for sharing!

This passage was nicely Stanfordian, and it features the misnomer that CardinalSagehen referred to. I also like that I think most Stanford people reading this would be like, "Oh yeah, that's cool." whereas the writer has to assure us that this really happened.

Then the punter, a surfer dude from Hawaii named Jet Toner, screams for inspiration, "A hero is no braver than an ordinary man, but he is braver five minutes longer!" It sounds random until he follows it up with "Ralph Waldo Emerson!" (yes, really). And then they all yell and begin to exercise again.

When a Stanford writer profiles a Stanford player, it usually turns out pretty good. This is great stuff here.
