The Alameen Murphy Story - Spiny_Norman - 10-02-2018

Let's take a step back from analyzing Stanford's play and remember that each player on the field in cardinal red is a Stanford student with his own story. David Kiefer has hit another home run with this long form article about a player we don't talk much about, Alameen Murphy. I think that everyone will be rooting extra hard for #4 after reading it.

Wow, great article, thanks for sharing. Now I understand why his teammates voted him a captain.

Wow again What a great story about a wonderful family and an awesome young man

Great story.  Thanks for posting.

I've said it before and I will say it again.  The Stanford football team would make a great television show: "Saturday Night Lights"  The show would start with recruits and follow their recruitment and then their careers.  The ones that go on missions would make fascinating story arcs.

Wow.  I feel like an underachiever, but wow, what a guy.  I'm very happy to root for Murphy and the Stanford team.
