We could play Loyola Marymount, the team that handed BYU its first (and only) loss of the season last week (which likely paved the way for us to be the #1 overall seed), in the second round.
I am weary of that matchup since I'm sure LMU will be full of confidence after ruining BYU's perfect record and eager to knock off another elite team, this time in the tournament
If we can survive through these rounds, we'll host all the way up to the Final Four in Minneapolis, so hopefully home court advantage will carry us through to Minnesota in December

LMU also knocked us off several years ago.
I’m more leary than weary though :)

I'm wary, for what it's worth.

LMU is a hard one to figure out - in a tough stretch of 4 home matches in 5 days, they beat Portland State, 3-0 then lost to Pepperdine, 2-3 and Gonzaga, 0-3 (they'd previously lost to both teams on the road) before beating BYU, 3-0.
They'd need to get by Duke first to meet the winner of our match with Alabama State anyway, so bottom line....one match at a time.

LMU got in on the BYU win and keep in mind BYUs number two hitter has been out.
