But, apparently,  when he said they get paid to play at USC,  that took it over the edge.

Hmmm, in my experience those that are intoxicated generally tell stories based on truthful elements.  They might not all get Heismans, but if they have a decent year they will get a better than average shot at a variety of awards because they are at SC.  For RBs are SC it is true that if they excel they probably will get drafted in to the NFL.  They might not all get Kim, but they probably do enjoy the company of some very fine looking women as SC RBs.  And they might not get paid big money directly from the SC AD, but....

Since the school is on probation, I would guess that such boastful claims are probably not helpful.

But the SC AD better not help him too much with his answers to investigators, since that is also a violation of NCAA rules that has put schools in trouble recently.
