Of course, this one has been in the bag for months.

Still, it is all but done now.  Stanford has an almost 400 point lead over Ohio State.  And that tally does not include Women\'s Rowing.  It was almost as if the NACDA knew to delay that tally to avoid having to declare a winner.  Add that rowing result into the equation and the deal is complete.

Even if Ohio State won every remaining title and Stanford was shut out it would not be enough.

Of course, Stanford has points pending in Golf and Baseball, and Ohio State is not going to sweep the slate.

So mark your calendar for the annual halftime parade of athletes, the mobile stage with those big tires, and that award presentation speech that is given as the kickers start firing footballs everywhere.
