I tried to find info over the past weekend about the meet, but found it difficult to even find a schedule..
Start at Stanford's WSw pages and you can find this page
https://gostanford.com/news/2019/2/26/womens-swimming-diving-pac-12-championship-week.aspx
but don't bother following the "Watch" links as they just take you to pac-12.com main page.
The Live Results page is at
http://results.teamunify.com/pnws2/
It seems it is only showing the results of each event, not live at the heat level.
If you followed links and wound up at
https://pac-12.com/womens-swimming-diving/championships-2018
you're on the wrong year's page. Note that last year they had live video. Change 2018 to 2019 and you'll get to the right PAC-12 page, where you'll see the only video coverage is 1 hour of one day and 2 hours of another day, of the 4-day meet. Thank you PAC-12 for providing hours and hours of replays of old sports events people have already seen or don't care to see, and you can't even stream this live, off air.
At the PAC-12 networks site
https://pac-12.com/live/ there is a feed that is labelled Swimming & Diving. But that's not showing a live feed (despite "live"), but is an encore presentation of two hours or so of last year's championship (continuing the PAC-12 tradition of showing what you don't care to watch again when they could be showing what is actually happening now).

I think Stanford is the clear favorite to win the meet, but it isn't clear what Stanford's lead will be after today. While Stanford is dominating in the 400 IM (5 swimmers in the A final, another was 9th in prelims), Cal will be almost as dominating in the 200 Free. Seedings look pretty even in the 100 Back. Cal will gain on Stanford in the 100 Fly but that will be offset by Stanford in the 100 Breast.

what's crazy is that, from the short highlights video they did produce, it seems that they are actually filming and announcing the finals yesterday but not broadcasting or streaming them (maybe there will be a recap during the broadcast tonight). Seems like they could have shown yesterday's finals at 3 a.m. so we could record it at least.
There will be about an hour of the meet broadcast early evening today.

I had some trouble following last night's broadcast. Did they show anything live? Maybe a B final in the 100 Back.
The 200 IM was shown with one intervening event after the 400 IM. They showed the 200 Fr Relay but not last night's 400 Medley Relay.
So, yeah, it seems the broadcasters are working every event but they can't refer to anything earlier in the meet as they don't know what order things will be shown. (Speaking of broadcasters, I still watch part of the meet without sound. Amy Van Dyken drives me batty. It is less directed at kindergarteners than it used to be, but not something I enjoy hearing. (See how she turns on her side to touch at the end of the 500. That's how it is done, folks) I watched part of the SEC championships earlier in the week. Splits, comparison to earlier & other swims, so much more info and less useless chatter. Sure, Rowdy can get overzealous, but he knows this stuff. Btw, I have no complaints about the diving specialist.)
The announcers did say that Greg Meehan was trying to keep some events "fresh" for some swimmers, by having them not compete in them at PAC-12s even though they were going to keep in them at the NCAAs. Specifically mentioned was Ella Eastin and the 200IM (where she holds the records). I've certainly heard of people swimming different events in the two meets, but usually it is termed more as swimming secondary events where they could do well in conference but it would be more competitive (and less likely to win) at nationals.
Stanford's 400 Medley Relay only got 3rd but qualifies for nationals. At first, I was surprised to see Ella Eastin swam backstroke. Taylor Ruck had gotten 2nd in the 100 Back, about 3/4 second faster. But I guess that's part of the staying fresh idea. Or, it was to get her a qualifying time for the 100 Back.
I think Stanford has a comfortable lead going into this final day. Stanford 1154.5, Cal 964.5, USC 724. (Places 1-8 in an individual event give a total of 207 points; places 9-24 give 155 points)
Some of Saturday's prelims are done. We've got 5 swimmers in the A finals of the 200 Back (our top 4 are 1.7 seconds faster qualifying than the others). Cal & USC have 3 each in the 100 Fr, but I expect Lauren Pitzer will get 3rd (her split on the 400 MR was 0.8 seconds faster than the swimmer who qualified 3rd). The 200 Br A final has 3 Stanford swimmers. The 200 Fly will give USC lots of points. Stanford should do well in the 1650. Likely another 3rd place in the 400 Free Relay, but maybe a 2nd. Neither Cal nor USC have any divers in the platform, while Stanford has 2.
Looking forward to Nationals, someone's estimate of the cut times is at
https://swimswam.com/estimating-ncaa-d1-qualifying-times/
I presume that Stanford will qualify too many swimmers for nationals as I think they did last year. I understand why the NCAA does that, but you have to feel sorry for a swimmer whose time makes it but can't go because her team is too good.
By those estimates and the times for this meet, the number of qualifying entries for Stanford would be
500 Free: 6 (min 6, max 7)
200 IM: 2 (+ Ella Eastin)
50 Free: 2
400 IM: 5
100 Fly: 0
200 Free: 4 (incl. leadoff on 800 FR)
100 Br: 2
100 Bk: 4 (incl. leadoff on 400 MR)
200 Bk: ~5 (min 4)
100 Fr: ~1 (min 1, max ~2)
200 Br: ~3 (min 3)
1650 Fr: ~2 (based on seed times)

I want for her to do well, but she is annoying. Talks nonstop whether or not she has anything useful to say. Your suggestion is good: I'll turn off the sound during the replays after each swim where she does the technical commentary--or better yet, just fast forward through them. I did enjoy the time she said [the Cal coach] is obviously really happy with that last swim--cut to Cal coach looking dour.
I too was longing for more hard info: lowering of best times, etc.
I thought the whole broadcast was a mess, at least once not even showing the finishers' places and times, sometimes not identifying the swimmers and lanes at the start of a race. And don't try to pass off previous days' events as live.

Stanford is the Pac 12 champ for the 3rd year in a row.
