Class of 2022, which would make him a rising sophomore.

Another good sized, left hand hitter.
Is Esquer focusing on lefty hitters?

We have a grad transfer from Brown, Joe Lomuscio. A CFer life time 303 hitter with 7 HRs. Ivy League so do not play last season

The original post was 2 years ago.
Why did we resurrect a thread from 2 years ago? Was there no more recent baseball recruiting thread?

No worries Bob. Good news, always good to see grad transfers. Looks like he could slot right into Christian Robinson's vacant OF spot. Sophomore season looked very impressive.

I would caution folks who want to "slot in" newcomers that there is A TON of offensive talent returning, including several that did not play a lot in 2021.
Of those who did not see regular time, Cobb, Kretzschmar and Greene if he comes back (INF), Burton (OF), Hinkleman, Barerra and Gargus could all emerge as regulars and stars. They are that good!
Not saying the newbies can't or won't be deeply impactful; just don't discount the holdovers, who themselves are more than capable.

and of course hopefully an uninterrupted summer ball and fall and pre-season practice routine/schedule.
