That's already a loaded room as is, so he must have really impressed in camp.

Yes... 14 wide receivers listed on the roster and 4 committed for 2020. Tremayne wasn't given a scholarship due to a desperate need for wide receiver depth. Good for him.

Of those 14, 9 were on scholarship until Tremayne. So we're at 10 now. Brandt-Sims and Stewart (likely) gone after the season, so bringing in 4 puts us at 12 on scholarship next season. Wonder how many Kennedy/Pritchard want in that room.

Hey Sam how do you read the scholie balance or lack of it? In a past example Tight End U wasn't much the year that Shaw would not move Hewitt back to TE and the offense suffered.

OL and S are in rough shape, but at least for OL the cavalry is coming.

In terms of offensive balance, I'm not sure; taking 4 WRs immediately tells me we're trying to shift to a little more West Coast of an offense. But of course in the next class we're also taking 2 TEs and another RB. Full complement of weapons.

I'm a little nervous for the immediate future of the TE position once Park is gone to the NFL. He was the last in a great line of high 4-5* TE recruits (Schultz, Smith, Park). Of course Hooper was a 3* recruit so who knows. Fisk is a mauler but can he be a threat as a pass catcher? Will Harrington step up? How good will Bradley Archer be in a year?

When should I start freaking out about the defensive line? Two guys in the freshmen/redshirt frosh class combined (plus Booker, but he won't be here past next year), and one defensive line commit so far. Three defensive linemen in three years is going to be a problem.

Any chance Humphreys at 6'5" 205 bulks up and plays as a pass catching TE?

Staff wants 2-3 in '20 so don't freak out too much, but the back-to-back classes of 1 was worrying. There are always holes somewhere on the roster...

Humphreys is a mismatch terror at WR. We have 2 TE's in the class already; I don't see that changing.
