We're #17 in yards per game defense - Mick - 09-03-2019
Not too shabby, after one game. And against last year's Big 10 champ which went 5-0 on the road. I don't know how good the opponents were of the 16 teams ahead of us, but I'm very impressed with our defense.

I think we're going to have a very good game next week against SC's backup QB. Last week, USC was #59 on overall offense. And yes, I know that we were #85, but that was against probably the best defense we will face all year.

No, won’t be as tough as Utah in the PAC 12 championship, Alabama in the semis or Clemson in the NC.
