Still early but Michigan is down 14-7 to Army.

Also, it’s halftime but 21 ranked Syracuse is getting its butt handed to them by Maryland. Maryland scores 42 points... in a half! 42-13.
Also, Utah is down 7-0 to northern Illinois.

BTW, this is a soon-to-be formerly 21st ranked Syracuse team. Maryland has had 7 possessions in the first half; six have ended in touchdowns. One punt.

Also Cincinnati is down 28-0 to Ohio State at the half.
Doesn't make UCLA's loss to them look any better.

Michigan is making me appreciate last week's Stanford performance. Army looks like the better team.
Shea Patterson is not taking that Michigan team anywhere. Remember, like Mills, and Hunter Johnson, Patterson was among the top QB prospects in his class.

I recall seeing Patterson in the Army All American game (KJ was the other QB on his team). Patterson was impressive, throwing a nice long TD pass to Simi Fehoko.

Yeah... Michigan possessions in the first half: fumble, TD, fumble, fumble, missed fg.
That being said, barring another fumble they should tie it.

Hilinski is having himself a day. Grant it, it’s against Charleston Sounthern, but the guy we missed out on because we were too slow to offer is 24/29 for 282 yards, 2 TDS and 0 INTs.

OK, that was just TOTAL BULLSHIT on a replay review of an Army hit on Michigan. The defender was helpless to avoid an incoming helmet from a RB, yet they stopped play, reviewed, and called targeting. Costello hit last week wasn't even reviewed, let alone not called targeting.
A travesty!

Michigan pulled it out in double OT.
After a slow start, Utah beat northern Illinois 35-17.
Alabama scores on the first play from scrimmage by Tua. A 75-yard touchdown pass. Going to be a long day for New Mexico State.
Colorado down a TD early against Scott Frost and Nebraska. An upset by The Buffs would be a big deal for the conference.
So far, Maryland with the only upset.

Colorado has 0 points, 0 rushing yards, and just 83 total at half to a Nebraska team that struggled with, was outgained by, and needed two defensive TDs to beat South Alabama 35-21 at home last week.

Don't worry, UCLA is doing even worse. SDSU cashes in a second UCLA turnover for points, and now leads 17-7 at the Rose Bowl. Bruins possibly on their way to an 0-2 start, with Oklahoma coming to town.

UCLA falls to SDSU in LA. They will be 0-3 heading into Pac-12 play. They possibly could go 0-fer
this season.
