I just realized it's a weird time to be naming track coaches. All the good ones are in Doha.

Whose brilliant idea was it to hold a marathon in 90+ degree heat and 80% humidity?  Apparent,y about half of the women marathoners finished.  That is simply dangerous.

Going to be fun when the World Cup is in Qatar.

Yeah, but relationships are established face to face. That's why so many football coaching announcements occur after the annual coaching convention.

The throws coach has been here for a week or two. No reason to think these hires and all interviews were t conducted face to face.
