For those of us not on west coast, what are best options to watch game either on TV or internet?

You can likely pick up the game on-line at one of these 3 sites:

    http://www.justin.tv/directory/sports

    http://www.veetle.com/index.php/listing#sports/popular/1

When games are on ESPN or ABC, you can pick them up on the ESPN3 site:

    http://espn.go.com/espn3/index

NBC has taken over Versus and looks like they will no longer be broadcasting on-line. Some of the sites that were in operation last year have been taken down for copyright violations. If someone knows of other sites, I would sure appreciate a link.

If you're in Austin, TX, we'll be watching the game at MyPlace, which is a sports bar & Italian grill.  http://www.myplace-austin.com/

(We rotate sports bars, so it's not necessarily a weekly thing here.)
