Good question. My memory only goes back to 1989, and I came up with 11. I looked it up and 11 is right for that era but somehow I forgot about a great one (CJ) and thought TY (who played for the Warriors) was a first rounder, but he was a second so 10 out of 13 for me.

Jacobsen, Brook, Childress, Lichti, Knight, Madsen, Powell, Kelley, Keefe, Jim Walsh, Yardley, Collins, Collins.

Jarron was a 2nd rounder. Powell was a second rounder. I don't think Walsh is right. You are forgetting our most recent 1st rounder which was a bit of a surprise draft pick late in the first round. You are also forgetting an early entrant big man from the Montgomery era who was hurt for much of his short time at Stanford. Another big man you aren't forgetting but wrongly thought he was a second rounder.

I know this one because of the surprise factor. Last names starts with H.

Ahh, okay.  I'm late to this thread.  I've been social distancing from my computer...

This list omits Yardley which I pointed out to the SID

Fun to go back and look up Yardley.

My father in law joined Stanford's varsity for the 53-54, 54-55 and 55-56 seasons.  He's at that stage when we reminisce a bit.  He said that a 1955 San Francisco Bay Area All Star team would have been pretty competitive:

G, Ron Tomsic, Stanford, (3 time all PCC selection, 10th round NBA pick)
G, Russ Lawler, Stanford, (10th round NBA pick)
G, Kenny Sears, Santa Clara (4th overall pick in 1955 NBA draft, two time NBA all star)
G, KC Jones, USF, (2nd round pick, #11 overall in 1956 NBA draft)
C, Bill Russell, USF (2nd overall pick in 1956 NBA draft, 12 time NBA all star)
C, Bob McKeen, Cal (4th round NBA draft pick)
F, Bill Bagley, St. Mary's (5th round NBA draft pick)
F, Nick Romanoff, UOP (9th Round NBA draft pick, played in the old ABL)
F, Jerry Mullen, USF (2nd round NBA draft pick, #11 overall)
