Report from Dallas TV station that  Texas and Texas A&M  are negotiating very seriously with the Big TEN to join...Which would make their total harvest 3 of the top 4 teams in the dying Big 12.  Don\'t know if it\'s true, but all those Big 12 farm boys coulda warned us not to count our chickens.

If that all really happens, we need to find a way to dump Colorado, and quickly. The Colorado + random other team has always been the worst possible case expansion plan, one not worth even considering.
That report lists Ok St. as coming to the Pac-10. Nonsensical.
This entire expansion talk is really spiraling out of control. Oklahoma to the SEC? What?
I\'m surprised the NCAA is idly sitting by. A few days of desperation are forever altering the landscape of college athletics.
This is just like prom -

Mizzou is the snubbed girl staring at a brand new prom dress lying on her bed.
Which team will be the dude driving around metro Denver in a Volkswagen with only AM radio for five hours after his date dumped him right after he paid a month\'s wages for dinner before the prom even started so his mother wouldn\'t ask any stupid questions as to why he was home at 8? Â Not that I know anyone like that......
ND could have simply joined the Big10 when they were first asked. Â But noooooo.....this had to go thermonuclear.

The reports I\'ve seen think that this report is BS. The guy who broke the story originally--Chip Brown--said on twitter that it was "news to Texas and A&M" that they were going to the Big Ten and is sticking by his story. Pac-16 is still on, apparently.
