Meanwhile, the Pac-12 HQ in SF costs $8m in rent a year. That's 5x more than the other Power 5 conferences COMBINED. And Larry makes a cool $5.1m a year.

Does that include the TV studios? I assume the other conferences are not paying for TV studios.
