For some reason, I thought Blanchard or Davis ended up selected by the 49ers, or perhaps the niners traded for them.

I did. Switched to TE and was productive. One of the great faces of all time. When he was 33 he looked 63.

Crow had Bell's palsy which is a paralysis of the facial nerve, the nerve that supplies the facial muscles on one side of the face.

I may have. But not in person. First Niner game I went to was around 69 at Kezar. Only time I went to Kezar. Lost to the Rams.
