Normally, joining so late in the year I would not expect a big impact.  The jump up to college in the women's game is a brobdingnagian step.  But UCLA is so thin while missing its Aussies that it will help them to have a little more depth.  Where this will help UCLA the most will be next year, since Dominique will have been through all the adjustments prior to her true freshman season and should hit the ground running in 21-22.
