After getting trounced by Oklahoma in the Cotton Bowl, Florida's Dan Mullen had some choice quotes:
"The last game the 2020 team played was 11 days ago."
“We didn’t have to play.”
“I thought our scout team guys played well.”

Read somwehere that no less than 16 of Florida's (presumably) top players opted out of the game.
So Mullen's description of playing the game with the scout team, while not very diplomatic, wasn't terribly far from the truth.

Um, his Trophy hopeful Trask played and threw three picks in the first quarter. Nice.
As for opting out, I think LSU had a similar situation when they beat Florida a few weeks back.

Um, his top four pass catchers sat out the game. Might have had something to do with the interceptions.
