WBB: The Cougars - Hulk01 - 01-25-2021

Lots of odd things leap out when you look at WSU.

A starter:

Four of their last five games have gone to overtime, yesterday's to double overtime.

Over that five-game stretch, the Leger-Walker sisters have averaged 42 (Charlisse) and 43 (Krystal) minutes per game, of an
average 45-minute game.

Staying on WBB:

Hannah Jump had a very good game that doesn't all show up in the stats.
She made three great passes that should have resulted in hoops, but only one shows up as an assist.
Brink and another Cardinal missed on the tap ins.

Lexie was terrific, too, on both ends.

Great point on Hannah’s passes. Often we judge assists as the only way to gauge good passes.

agreed -- her passes were great but we missed so many bunnies. On a related note, CA lifting Bay Area restrictions such as outdoor dining today. Hope that means that the team will be able to sleep at home soon.
