Well, the other team won on a pick six. Don’t know if KJ threw it. But it would be an unfortunate, but sadly fitting, end to his year.

KJ Costello and Jovan Swan played in the game. KJ looked decent in the first half and led the KAI team to several field goals (stalling inside the 20 before the field goal makes). The KAI (Blue) team lead 15 to 7 with two minutes to play with KJ trying to run out the clock. With about 20 seconds to go in the game KJ dropped back to throw a screen when a Aina (Red Team) DE broke in front of the RB and took the pass 64 yards to make the score 15-13. The Aina team went for two and didn't make it. The Aina team then wanted to attempt an onside kick but that wasn't allowed and instead they were allowed to try a 4th and 15 from the Aina team 30 yard line. A pass attempt wasn't successful and the Kai team ran out the remaining time using a different QB. Jovan played okay and may have had a sack as he chased an Aina QB out of bounds resulting in a 20 yard loss.
