Given all the changes that are coming to the NCAA, this seems rather quaint.

This is trouble for Frost. A 12-20 record in his three seasons (4-8, 5-7, 3-5), and now alleged NCAA violations . . . . His job may be in jeopardy, although this is a really bad time to change coaches.

"The school, sources said, has “significant video footage” confirming the practice violations took place in the presence of Frost and other assistants."
This isn't something that happens at a school that isn't actively angling to fire their coach for cause (and thus significantly reduce/eliminate his buyout).

Yep
and Nebraska's AD who hired Frost was recently encouraged to retire...

and the new AD is a former Nebraska football player (he played before Frost was playing at Nebraska)
