Surprised (though I shouldn't be) that this isn't even on Pac 12 Bay Area, let alone the Pac-12 Network main channel.
USC's current match against Pepperdine has a USC-produced live stream. Don't we do those??

At Cal Poly and looks like they don't live stream.

For what it's worth, it looks like there will be an audio feed from the Cal Poly website at

we lead either 1-0 or 2-0 at the half, I can't tell (announcers and stats disagree).
two frosh started for us and played the whole first half: Kitahata (at M/F) and Pagador (Defender). It's a good sign that two frosh cracked the lineup.

Neither Haley or Harber on game roster. Also Civana Kuhlman not listed on Stanford roster, is she not playing this year?

Cardinal lead 1-0 at 70 minute mark. They have six shots on goal versus one for Cal Poly.
Cardinal win 1-0.
As of this Edit (8/20 12:50 PM PDT) , the stats Web site linked above still shows a final score of 1-0. I apologize for posting incorrect information.
Geaux Cardinal!

2-0 win for Stanford according to the live announcers and the Go Stanford stats. Seems like a good opening effort with lots of play by the frosh.
Cheers,
Pete F.

Haley, Harber and both Paulsons did not play. Hope the issues are minor and they are back soon.

Stanford didn't play any exhibitions but Cal Poly SLO had two, beating Fresno State and Westmont (small Christian college near Santa Barbara). And Stanford was ahead in every statistical category (including fouls), so it was a nice win. But historically Cal Poly SLO is anything but a women's soccer powerhouse; their most recent winning season was in 2014, although their season was canceled last year.
So I'm grateful for the win, but more happy that Stanford will have three games under their collective belts before the brutal road trip to the state of North Carolina.
