I think that, as they unload the plane, its weight distribution gets unbalanced (emptied baggage hold seems to be upfront), so a stand has to be inserted beneath the tail to prop it up. I guess they forgot to insert it.

They don’t see many mainline jets in Lewiston. Obviously, the ground crew needs training.
