Holy h##l, that's a yuuuge score - obviously, Cardinal MG is all about GO BIG or go home!

Here are the overall standings for the 2 sessions combined. Oklahoma held some of their top gymnasts out of some events. They should score 6-8 points higher tomorrow. No one is going to touch Stanford.

How clean were our routines?

What happened in our high bar? We had the top score in every other apparatus, and the top three (and four of the top five) on rings.

I didn’t watch the whole thing but I did not see any major falls. However, there were some hiccups:Brody on PH and Colt of PB. I’m not sure what happened in HB but Brody only got 13 something. If he hits his HB routine with minor deductions he typically scores in the 14s.
Also, no AA as some of the top guys were resting for tomorrow. They could and should break 430 tomorrow.
Khoi Young on PH is a thing of beauty.
This team could be much stronger next year. Brody Malone could come back and likely will. Asher Hong, the number 1 recruit is joining the team next year. Asher is a generational talent and a contender to make the Olympic team in 2024. Brandon Briones is coming back from injury. Brandon is great AA. He was an alternate for the Olympic team. This team will just continue to dominate.
Hoping for a dominating and champions type performance tomorrow.

After three rotations, Stanford holds just over a 3 point lead. We should add to our lead this rotation, as Michigan is on the pommel, and we are on the floor. Side note, Illinois put up a 59.165 on the pommel, including a 9.633 from Will Hauke... That's a rough one.

Almost a 9 point lead going into the last rotation, even a below average team score should easily do it.

Champions again! Stanford crushed them by over nine points. Paul Juda from Michigan stuck his vault to edge out Brody Malone for the all-around title, but The Streak continues!

Not their finest performance but still dominating. Champions again for the 3rd time in a row, should be 4x in a row.
If Brody hit his PB routine then he would have won AA by over 1.5-2 points.
Congrats to the Stanford Men’s Gymnastics. What a dominating season

Awesome win. The streak lives on

I watched the entire meet. As noted above, Malone missed out on the all around title by messing up several skills on the P bars.
5th year senior Thomas Lee missed out on the rings title in his last meet with a 0.5 deduction on his dismount, almost falling. Teammate Riley Loos took that title.
I doubt Malone comes back next year. He would have to pay a lot of money to do so. Gymnastics gets only 6.3 scholarships for 20 guys. He's better off getting paid by USA Gymnastics to train for the Olympics.
Brandon Briones should be back next year after recovering from injuries. He'll take the burden from Malone.
Loos will be back. He was underutilized this year.
The best junior gymnast in the world will be at Stanford next year - Asher Hong. He may overtake Malone as the best gymnast in the country. He is already on the USA national team. He's the first high school kid on the senior national team in a long time. He likely gets whatever scholarship money Malone was getting.

Awesome news! I get to be a little less nervous watching the rest of this year's teams now.

Stanford: men's gymnastics juggernaut. I'll take it. Congratulations to the team. And a thousand thanks to them for keeping the Streak alive.

This championship has seemed like a foreign conclusion for some time, but you never know what happens, so glad we got it.
Now let’s add to it.

According to this article, Malone is trying to figure out a way to come back for a fifth year from a finance standpoint.

Trying not to graduate until spring. Interesting. He would have to get need based aid apparently. He does have a single dad (mom died of cancer I believe) and several siblings. Here is where the NIL situation is incredibly uneven. He's the top male gymnast in the country. You would think he could earn 100K. But no one knows who he is.
