Another Golf Question

Looks likely like the 2nd round of the Pac XII Women's Championship will not get played , and there is a 90 percent chance of rain forecast for tomorrow.  I can't imagine how much fun it would be to play in a cold rain on an absolutely soggy course.

Trying to always count on good or at least decent golf weather in Oregon, Washington, Colorado and Utah in early or mid April is probably not a good idea.  Why not do what basketball finally did and play the tournament every year on the same course, say on one in Las Vegas.  There must be at least one championship course there that would be open to putting it on.  April in Las Vegas is not always hot and sunny, I have been there in April and had the course I was going to play covered in snow.  But at least the odds are better than they are now. I think it would be fairer than the current arrangement.
