The NCAA had a leader? It was hard to tell. It's really a toothless organization right now anyway. It sets the rules on eligibility, sets the rules for each sport and runs the championships for every sport except FBS football.
What else does the NCAA do? The biggest chunk of college sports in terms of money and participation, FBS football, is not run by the NCAA. It is run by ESPN and the conferences.
