Part 1
Looking at Arizona, they will have the following 2022-2023 12-player line-up:

SF - Helena PUEYO           6'0   (Arizona's leader in assists and steals last season)
SF - Jade LOVILLE            5'11  (ASU's leading scorer last season)

PF - Cate REESE               6'2   (Arizona's leading scorer and rebounder last season)
PF - Esmery MARTINEZ     6'2   (West Virginia's #2 scorer and leading rebounder last season)

CC - Lauren WARE            6'5   (Arizona's leader in blocks and #2 in rebounds last season)
CC - Maya NNAJI              6'4   (incoming freshman - McDAA, #7 ESPN, #4 PN)

SG - Madison CONNER       5'1  (Arizona's #2 in 3pts made last season)
SG - Lauren FIELDS           5'9   (Oklahoma State's leading scorer last season)
SG - Paris CLARK               5'8   (incoming freshman - McDAA, #21 ESPN)
SG - Lamyah HILTON         5'11  (incoming freshman - #85 ESPN)

PG - Shaina PELLINGTON  5'8   (Arizona's #2 scorer last season)
PG - Kailyn GILBERT          5'8   (incoming freshman - #31 ESPN)

This promises to be a very good team by PAC 12 conference play, just give incoming transfers and freshmen time
to get effectively incorporated into their system.

They acquire two top scoring guard transfers (LOVILLE @ 16.1 ppg, FIELDS @ 15 ppg) to more than offset the outbound
transfer of starter Bendu YEANEY and top reserve CHAVEZ, plus they get a quality post transfer in MARTINEZ
which offsets the outbound transfer of seldom used post players Semaj SMITH, VONLEH, and SANCHEZ.

Ouch!  three players that were leading scorers for their team last year, plus two more that were #2 in scoring!
Most teams are fortunate if they have two of those.  But 5??!!

Plus two leading rebounders for their team plus one that was #2 in rebounds.

That will strain the brain of even Tara trying to figure out how to defend them.

If Adia Barnes can herd all her cats, they will be formidable.
Maybe she's got too big a herd of wildcats for it to be stable?
Only one player gets the first shot in each possession.
Will players that were the hot shots for their team accept sitting on the bench a whole lot more than they did last year?
I wonder what each of them thought she was promising?

Yes lots of talent for AZ if she can get them all on the same page and manage egos and expectations. Would be a challenge for any coach, and yes if they are in sync will be tough to defend because they may be a game of whack-a-mole for the competitor. But I also would not be surprised if she ends up losing 2-3 to transfer after the year unless she can be very creative.
