I haven't bothered to do a deep dive, but the BoT seems incestuous. They are clearly in charge of everything. Can the Board be shaken or even stirred?

and yet according to the most recent form 990 most of them accomplish all their BoT work in 2 hours a week or 26-28 hours a quarter of which 6-8 hours are probably in a quarterly board meeting, 12-16 if it is a two day meeting, and who knows if they do or do not have pre-reads ahead of the meetings as part of those two hours a week of work....
