Court case against Molly Goodenbour - M T - 07-21-2023

A judgement against and another rejected against former Stanford WBB star,current USF coach Molly Goodenbour regarding complaints of abuse by a pair of sisters who played at USF.

I’m posting this without much comment as I wasn’t aware of this until I saw the headline. It appears the school stands by the coach.

Goodenbour's attorney, Michael Vartain, has worked a fair amount for USF over the years. He defended Debbie Gore-Mann (their former AD) in a wrongful termination lawsuit. He also worked for Stanford as a Senior Counsel at one time.

My guess is that USF will appeal this, and Vartain will likely handle the appeal.
