“ACC schools do not have a fine structure or disciplinary measures in place for when fans rush the court…”
I guess we’ll just have to go undefeated next year, LOL.

The Curse of the Filipowski Court Storming just might become a thing.
Wake Forest hasn't won since as Baye Ndongo at the buzzer for Georgia Tech to hand the Demon Deacons their first home loss, and push them down to the wrong side of the bubble.

looks like he recovered quickly
Quote:Kyle Filipowski was back in the starting lineup four days after sustaining a knee injury when fans stormed the court and finished with 9 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists as No. 10 Duke beat Louisville 84-59 on Wednesday night.
Filipowski, a preseason Associated Press All-American, was hurt following Saturday's loss at Wake Forest when he collided with a fan. Team managers and coaching staff members helped guide the sophomore standout away from the swarming fans and off the court.
"It wasn't anything too bad," Filipowski said of making the quick recovery. "Coming off a real hard loss, we had to make ourselves known again."

It didn't look like a normal motion that would be part of getting up off the floor.

That looked like an intentional trip to me. Grayson Allen II?

that did not look like incidental contact.

Sure looked purposeful to me. And right after claiming that the fan running onto the court was looking to make contact with him, or something like that. Credibility just plummeted.

Filipowski is definitely clumsy, but he's not
that clumsy. He clearly and intentionally tripped Ingram after Filipowski went down himself.

overt tripping seems to be frequented by Duke players upon others...
