Former Pac-12 Teams and Bowl eligibility - Mick - 11-11-2024
Neither Cal nor Stanford will be going Bowl-ing this year. But a few former and future Pac-12 teams will be doing so.
Oregon (10-0) is #1 overall, and they might win it all. Washington (5-5) just needs one more win for Bowl eligibility. USC and UCLA (both 4-5) might win two games to become bowl-eligible.
College Football Standings - 2024 Big Ten Conference Standings - Big 10
Colorado and ASU are both 7-2 and Bowl eligible. Arizona (3-6) would have to run the table. They're 1-5 in league, so...unlikely. Utah (4-5) is also 1-5 in league, but needs just two wins to go Bowl-ing.

Meanwhile, back in the Pac-12 (minus 10 teams), #19 Washington State is 8-1 and eligible. Oregon State is 4-5. Needs two wins to become eligible.

Might be nice for Kal to be bowl eligible before we play them. It might reduce their motivation. OTOH the pressure of a must win might be too much for them. It is Kal after all.
