The Mercury News has more details on the case involving the (now former) San Jose State player. The amounts of the alleged bets involved seem small compared to what they may be making via NIL.
I thought the NCAA held the team responsible if they haven't adequately warned their players of what is and isn't acceptable. Maybe this means that SJS did adequately warn.
(And, if you're wondering about the UCLA backup QB arrest, this article seemed the most informative. Many articles were vague. Nothing to do with gambling.)
