tid-bit on Shane Skov -

Linebacker Shayne Skov continues to make steady progress in his rehabilitation from a season-ending knee injury suffered in September.
"He's on course to be back full speed for training camp," said Shaw, who added that Skov's goal is "to be better than he was when he got hurt."
Skov has started running on the treadmill, lifting weights and working on the Versaclimber.
But even if he's healthy for the start of the season, Skov may not play immediately. He is expected to serve a suspension for his late-January arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.
Shaw has said the specifics of the punishment will be announced at a later date.
